A HUGE thanks to Mindi Westhoff, the staff at Collective Action for Safe Spaces, karaoke sponsor District Karaoke, and our hosts at iStrategyLabs for putting on a fantastic event! Eight teams representing companies around the District of Columbia competed in a no-holds-barred karaoke battle royale, and raised over $2500 to help fight street harassment! Bryan was proud to guide the team from Zipcar to a strong third place finish, as well as donate photography services and graphic design for the event flyer to the cause. The night was filled with creative (sometimes bizarre!) spins on beloved songs from every decade and genre; even an unexpected fire alarm and evacuation couldn’t dampen our spirits as Mindi and Kevin led an impromptu sing-a-long. A wonderful time for a great cause! We encourage everyone to donate to Collective Action for Safe Spaces and help make DC safe for women and the LGBTQ community!
